This thread highlights a significant, often overlooked, functional detail of the Langematik Perpetual Calendar, offering valuable insights into its practical advantages for owners. The community's contributions underscore how specific design choices enhance the user experience of complex timepieces.

I must say I am tempted by the 1815 even if manual wind which is less ideal for a calendar watch
The 10 o'clock pushbutton on the Langematik Perpetual Calendar -- which is recessed on all the later versions but is large, rectangular, and protruding on the yellow gold and earliest platinum models -- advances all calendar functions by 1 full day with a single push. I thought this is the case for the 1815 AC, but not the saxonia AC... I did not it was also on the Lagematoc Perpetual
But then again I love Lange👏
