Total nonsense marketing

It makes no difference to legibility. The tapisserie is only on negative space. More likely they ran into clearance tolerance issues in the total stack height in production and use this as the excuse. Rapwatch

Not bad...will be excited to see this one. BUT...

...would prefer to see the leap year indicator move in a clock-wise direction. Which leads me to wonder, does the day/night indicator move clock-wise? If not, it’s a bit of a blunder.

Agree. Understand about legibility but It's like they're not exerting effort to build the watch.

Just like the plain dial of the CODE series.
