Ancienne Le Brassus shares his appreciation for the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Jumbo, highlighting its slim profile and understated presence. His post emphasizes how the watch's design allows it to be forgotten on the wrist until a glance reveals its sleek beauty, even with unique character marks.

Photos from a few days ago.... on a lazy afternoon.

I love the AP RO's profile, this is what does this watch for me. the slimness, we're all used to 'presense' on the wrist. this is all about forgetting you wear a watch,
and then when you glance at your wrist, you see this sleek beautiful machine....  completely understated, but amazing.

Yes, the previous owner of this beauty will recognize the 'ding' on the lug and the 'italian'-refinished dial wink I like it, it gives it character... and reminds me of
Rome every time I think about the dial.

Enjoy,
HAGWE,
S

It mad me relax just looking at the pictures. That model has been on the target list for while. I am sure Nico will be by any minute with his great example. HAGWE Bill

... Family/friends and an AP. What more could one ask for? Nice looms by the way. I thought I was the only dad made to wear them with my AP. I got my daughter to do a deep blue and orange one to match my ROC :) Enjoy in good health.

grows on one.... It took me quite a long time to come back to the all steel RO jumbo. But all other watches always tended to 'fade' after a year or so... this one keeps on growing on me! :) Thanks for your comment, S
