...it looks large enough to pull it off...comfort is the main thing. I'm not a 'huge watch' fan in general, especially when it comes to non-sports watches. But this one is the definition of a sport watch and the size gives the chrono function some room to breathe... Just tell your friend that it's a terrible fit and you could only purchase it for a steep discount : )
Same as you, I always had problems with the Offshores that’s why I sold them all. To bad you didn’t find a solution to wear yours.

As for the fit and size, I’m with you, my preference is 40mm max, but so far it sits and fits good. Not a Rolex jubilee, but good! Appreciate your input.
