Hello Everyone! I'm beyond excited about my newest addition: the De Bethune DB25 Starry Varius Rose Gold Ref. DB25VRS๐. A heartfelt thank you to the contributors on this thread: www.watchprosite.com โ your insights played a crucial role in my decision. (and these that did reply to my PM ๐)
With a touch of strategy ๐ and a lot of luck ๐, I secured a brand new piece from the AD. Taking the plunge was a significant move, but it was entirely worth it. The watch is stunning up close, and its distinctiveness is unparalleled. The dial is a visual treat, and the golden milky way against the blued titanium is simply enchanting. But, as is tradition in my quick reviews, I'll let the photos do the talking!
Thanks for watching!
Christian

De Bethune DB25 Reference DB25
The DB25 represents De Bethune's entry in the 44.5mm manual-wind category, distinguished by its silver dial configuration within the DB25 series. This reference launched in 2006 and continues the brand's approach to contemporary haute horlogerie complications.
The 44.5mm case is crafted from 18k white gold with a fixed bezel and sapphire crystal. Water resistance extends to 30 meters. The manual-winding caliber DB2105 movement provides a substantial 120-hour power reserve. The watch features a leather strap attachment.
This reference appeals to collectors seeking De Bethune's technical approach to timekeeping in a precious metal case.
