In a captivating debut post, collector toowoundup shares the exhilarating arrival of his F.P. Journe Chronomètre Bleu, a watch renowned for its mesmerizing blue dial and tantalum case. His enthusiasm highlights the profound impact a truly special timepiece can have, especially when it represents a significant milestone in one's collecting journey. This article delves into the community's shared appreciation for this iconic reference and offers insights into its unique characteristics and production nuances.

First (or maybe second) post here on the forum! My first Journe and I am over the moon. Just got it in and holy crap the dial is just stunning. I was at the door before the Fedex guy could ring the bell.  Its a really really early production model (one of the first 15) too which makes it that much more special. And the tantalum. Oh god the tantalum. The color and the finishing are so hard to take in all at once, there's so much going on.  And the movement is just unbelievable.  What a brand, Im so glad to finally be a part of it.  This is the first of many FPJ's in the collection for SURE!

You're starting at the top, with the CB. Although you'd be starting at the top with any Journe you chose. JMO.
