His choice to wear a 'summer watch' on the year's shortest day offers a poignant reminder of hope and anticipation. This article delves into the community's appreciation for his sentiment and the horological discussions that followed.

Hah ! Maybe I’m a little too optimistic but at the very least as you point out we have turned the corner and longer days from here on. Enjoy the Christmas and wishing you and your family the best for the new year. I’m wearing the CTS right now, surprise surprise. However I wanted to share this picture from yesterday evening.
That strap is not OEM, is it?
Not good. It’s amazing. I really love this watch. Typical for you the picture is so good. Could be from a magazine. HAGWE Jay!
For me, this is the best Centigraphe, and my reasoning for saying that is not fully based on the metals / colour combination but more so I think the subdials here (which are the same as my CTS) make it a more attractive package overall.
But your watch is an absolute killer. And you have found the perfect band to complement the dial. I love it and very, very jealous ❤️🤗
I actually wore it to a holiday event at the Boutique yesterday and a couple of folks managed to coerce it out from under my cuff. It’s a crowd pleaser for sure, but more importantly it’s a very pleasing watch to own.
