Changing straps this morning, a in between shot. Some new shoes are needed for both, but I’ve been procrastinating for about a year on getting something new. Fortunately straps are interchangeable (lug widths are the same) so it’s really a two for one deal each time.

You thinking of going with Journe straps or 3rd party ones? [nt]

Jean Rousseau via Journe, so I can have the curved quick release springbars.

I have a number of Jean Rousseau straps and I’ve been very happy with them, there is also a nearby boutique so I can choose the exact material. The bit the gets me is that I assume FPJ will charge FPJ prices whereas direct with JR is likely cheaper (but no curved quick release springbars).

You should definitely do a price comparison before buying.

You could be surprised.

Really?

I know what FPJ charges for regular straps and I’ve got a few custom from JR. The latter were definitely much cheaper. Will ask though.

It was just a swap over.

This orange strap I wear on the CB a lot, but as I plan to travel in a few weeks and take the CB the grey/blue (I can’t recall the official name) suits better and is more versatile. The orange looks good on the Resonance too I think.
