It’s amazing what I have learned, people I’ve met and the watches I have experienced since I started participating here on the old Purists platform in 2004.

Thank you to all those of you who contributed and made it all worth while. Some are gone and some are amazingly still here.

…Spend this weekend with a couple of my all time favorites. I’m very happy with what I have at this point. My collection journey is not over but definitely moving with much less appetite for new pieces.

I’ve benefited tremendously from the discussion I’ve had here with you and other forum members. It led me to eventually own the only FPJ that I have, the Chronometer Optimum in 40mm. I absolutely enjoy wearing the watch. I only wish it had a wider bezel, and for that I reckon the chronometer souverain would be the ideal one to go for next. Best Gatsby
