Today July the 20th we celebrate in my Country el Dia del Amigo : the Day of Friendship remembering the first Man on the Moon as an Universal Gesture of Friendship and Goodwill among Men and Women of the World. This was an idea of an Argentine Dentist who promoted this Celebratio
Happy Friends Day!! Today July the 20th we celebrate in my Country el Dia del Amigo : the Day of Friendship remembering the first Man on the Moon as an Universal Gesture of Friendship and Goodwill among Men and Women of the World.
This was an idea of an Argentine Dentist who promoted this Celebration a few days after the moon landing and wrote and mailed hundred of letters worldwide himself directed to influent people wishing to make this a celebration in all Countries.
Regrettably it is only remembered each year only in Argentina when friends gather in restaurants and cafes to have a meal and make a toast for their friendship!
