watchestolove shares his journey into becoming a H. Moser & Cie. enthusiast, influenced by a 'bad friend' and the brand's unique appeal. This post details his acquisition of a Venturer Purity with a signature grey fume dial, highlighting the watch's beauty, practicality, and rarity. He also provides initial impressions and stunning photographs of his new timepiece.

I agree, all the color variations are so desirable!
...to shoot as it is impossible for me to get a "clean" picture without reflections due to the domed glass. Arrrgh I have tried and tried again but it's really not easy ! But to look at this Venturer is a real pleasure and the Purity dial is a very nice compromise between a regular and a Concept dial. Big congrats and wear it in the best of health. Mike
This watch is indeed not easy to photograph, in addition to the domed crystal I think it also doesn't have AR coating. A cheap and dirty way to get around that is to fix a piece of white cardboard as close as you can over the watch (unless it's a really big one), this way it will block out most of the reflections over it. And I agree with you the Purity is a nice compromise, making reading time a bit easier but still keeping the simplicity :P Kevin
I thought you should have anticipated this since the day you began to follow me on Instagram. So it turns out that a bad friend can sometimes bring good influence. Welcome to the Moser Family! Cheers, Luis
You are indeed good influence though, just not for the wallet. Thank you for sharing with me your valuable personal experiences and helping me learn more about the brand. Cheers! Kevin
