Larrykelley11's post beautifully illustrates how personal passions, like a shared appreciation for heart motifs, can intertwine with horological collecting and art acquisition. His Doxa 300B Seddiqi limited edition MOP, paired with a vibrant artwork, sparks a discussion on the intersection of watches, art, and personal expression. This article explores how collectors integrate meaningful art into their lives, often finding unexpected connections.

This is one of my favorite photographs I have ever taken (back from 2012). I'm sure you can make out the heart shape at the bottom of the image, resulting from the Ferris wheel light reflections coupled with the motion of the water itself.... (Nikon D700 w/28-300mm lens)....
We are also fans of Craig!
Born in California, lives/works in Atlanta
he became famous for his “ signature Populus paintings” in which hundreds of minature people make up one larger contemporary image. I bought it here in Maui at a Wailea gallery, they carry a fair amount of his work.
and the heart artwork 👍.
Was done for the grand opening of the Hamburg concert hall (Elbphilharmonie). It is done on a canvas which is are rather rare with his works
