In this insightful post, cfn introduces a rare and fascinating variant of the IWC Mark XII, a watch often celebrated for its understated elegance. He highlights a special edition produced for the Italian IWC distributor, a detail that adds significant depth to the model's history and appeal. This piece serves as a reminder that even well-known references can harbor unique, limited-production secrets waiting to be discovered by collectors.

Wearing a twist on the classic Mark XII today - a special edition made for the Italian IWC distributor in 2 series of 100 pieces in titanium with a blue/gray dial.

One version marked GL with date and the other marked EF, no date. Markings being the initials of the owners of the company.

Love the simplicity of this watch, along with the plot twist.

Andyes, almost impossible to photograph due to the reflections.
