Hello friends!

I wish to share some pictures reflecting my exciting and intense first month of love with my new Geophysic.

I had entered an order for this watch last March at the Milano JLC Boutique inmediately after learning about it trhough an article here in Purists announcing it.
Last September I received a mail from the Boutique telling me that the watch had arrived and was waiting for me.

The watch had to wait till I could arrange a trip with my wife for the first days of November to Italy and France taking advantage to visit my niece living in Milano and pay visit to my dear friend Nicolas in Paris.

My two week vacation trip was exciting and intense visiting some beautiful places both in Italy and France, and included a small GTG, a nice gathering with friends and collectors, a visit to Belles Montres expo at the Louvre, and some other little horological adventures.

I feel nothing new can be said about this fine timepiece after the awesome and beautifully illustrated posts offered by Nicolas here at PuristS some time ago.

The watch is everything I was expecting: a handsome, low profile, beautiful timepice which can look sporty or formal at same time. A beautiful tribute to the classic original watch of 1958.

Back at home I have been wearing it in rotation with another new love I have shown here, my new Panerai MM, a complete different character (and size!) timepiece. (Sometimes I wonder if our watches can get jealous!).
I keep enjoying my new Geophysic and feel it will remain among my most favorite pieces.

Please let me share some pictures taken during my trip...

Best cordial regards, Abel.

A quick and little feast in Milano after visiting the Boutique...

A rainy Venice morning...

More rain while sailing at Lago di Como...

charming tiled roofs at Bellagio, Lago di Como...

A nice day at the old port of La Rochelle...

An exciting encounter with an ancestor in Paris...

The old chap got al the charm and character of the vintage, but the new tribute share its spirit!

Both at the wrist. The Tribute looks truly larger here due to the camera angle.

A nice vista of a favorite spot of Paris (Pont Neuf) from my hotel room window!...

And a breathtaking view of Paris from the most famous balcony of Paris! What an honour!!

And some table top shots...

Including my usual "Parisian shot" over an old plan of my favorite City!

Cheers and thank you for your patience of viewing till the end of this long post friends!
