This piece stands as a testament to JLC's horological prowess, showcasing a level of complexity and artistic execution that pushes the boundaries of watchmaking. Nicolas's post offers a rare glimpse into a true masterpiece, inviting collectors to appreciate its intricate details and groundbreaking design.

It struck me as such a miraculous piece then and seeing it in actual pictures is amazing. It must have been truly amazing seeing it in the flesh. Thank you for posting. ETA i also remember it came with a safe and two other watches i thought, one being a reverso and the safe had a speaker system so you could hear the chiming of the watch when not on the wrist. Anyone else remember that? I may have to dig up my old Watch Time magazines. Truly an amazing piece
Like you, it is not my favourite in the Duometre collection.
And I’m sucker for the Sphérotourbillon also.
