Rob&Roll, a new contributor to WatchProSite, introduces the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Moon, highlighting its modern design and classic moon phase complication. His post provides a personal perspective on why this reference stands out among JLC's contemporary offerings, particularly noting the aesthetic appeal of its rose gold rotor. This article synthesizes community reactions to Rob&Roll's initial impressions, offering a deeper dive into the watch's enduring appeal.

Hello fellow watch enthusiasts,

I was reading along with the main page for a while now and decided to contribute. My first post is about the JLC Master Ultra Thin Moon. In my opinion it is one of the better modern designs by JLC (besides the new memovox and polaris ones). The classic moon phase goes very well with the thinness of the watch. The back offers a very nice bonus with the rose golden rotor (the newer versions have these over the previous ones). I am pretty sure most of you have seen the watch before. It still brings a smile to my face when I put it one in the morning.

I will contribute to other threads as well in the future.
Are there areas where I can share a cool microbrand watch as well?
I cant seem to find a spot besides the main page where I am not yet allowed to post..

Have a nice day!

I was extremely close to purchasing the JLC MUT moon in RG. I love how the rotor is gold and well finished. This is very appealing.

In response to your query, it's not possible (for anyone) to post directly on the front page; all threads need to be opened in one of the sub-fora, most of which are automatically linked to the front page in chronological order. The proper venue for a microbrand watch is usually the "Independents" forum, or alternatively, "Horological Meandering." This latter is the section where we host general watch discussions, along with any (non-independent) brand without a dedicated sub-forum. Hope this he

I think the independents is the correct place. I will try to upload some pictures there in the near future.

And the rose gold rotor is a nice upgrade. Cheers, John

Very good looking JLC. I’m curious about your independent. Have good time here, it’s a nice place to be.
