i had seen this style memovox on my uncle's wrist for a decade, which was when my watch curiosity was starting. He swapped between the black face Memovox and the white face. With my interest in watches i had that watch in the back of my mind.

He aquired the watches in the late 1960's as an employee of Jaeger (instruments).  He has faithfully worn his watch and continues to wear it daily.

So for me when the opportunity came up and i found a great example for sale i jumped on and i am happy to add it to my collection. I am not  sure if my hunt will continue to find a white one as i have a slight prefence with the black one.
