As you may have seen, our friendly and fearless JLC Moderator has proposed a new watch for the members of this wonderful forum. While at the moment we are merely in the idea phase, having no idea if JLC would allow this watch to even be created or any of the numerous other details which go into such a project, I took it upon myself to make a minor design tweak... an improvement in my view.

Something which cannot be disputed is that the true Purist laments superfluous text on the dial. We know what is under the hood, and certainly do not the dial to give us a daily reminder. And so with this in mind, I present to you this. A gentle nod to the man that means so much to the forum. Our constant source of knowledge, enthusiasm, and good will.
