The Tribute Duoface Small Seconds with the black dial introduced at this year's W&W !

It was always clear to me that only a Duoface version would enter my collection but previous models never gave me full satisfaction.
All changed when JLC introduced the new models earlier this year : perfect proportions and great dial designs ...on both sides!

Initially I thought that the blue dial version was my favorite but finally decided for the black dial which looks very classy and timeless.

Here a few pictures of the watch :

Really beautiful second time zone dial on the back side !

I really do like the proportions of this watch.
The Tribute Monoface Small Seconds always felt a bit too small and "delicate" on my wrist and the Calendar/Chronograph/Geographique models are way too big for me.

The sunbrushed silver dial is much more to my liking than the (faux)-guilloche style of previous models.

Deep black laquered dial and applied indexes make for a great legibility

And a wrist shot to show the proportions on my 17cm wrist.

Also worth mentioning is the perfect regulation of the watch : daily average deviation of ...0 seconds !!

Quick release for the straps and deployant clasp complete the overall impression of a very high quality watch !

Thanks for looking,
Gerard

I agree that whilst all Reversos are awesome, the duoface models are particularly special. How can you beat two watches in one (except perhaps the 4 sided Reverso!). All the best, Jon

It was my favorite release this year as well. I’m seriously considering it due to its understated appearance but also sporty on the verso side. Homerun in my books. And the accuracy is also very encouraging… Enjoy in great health!

IMO, every watch enthusiast should have a Reverso. It's so iconic, interesting and also beautiful. It's also a show-stopper. Fun to show the "reverso" to others and watch their expressions.
