If it was my ONLY watch, probably the Breguet Marine Tourbillon Chronograph since it is on a bracelet and could be more versatile as it could also be put on a strap. It is also the most water resistant of the 3 so a better ALL-ROUNDER. Saying that, thr Breguet would not be my first choice since luckily I have more than 1 watch in the collection so it would have to be between the FPJ Rattrapante and the Lange Dato Perpetual.
