sclamb provides crucial updates for the upcoming London GTG in May 2012, detailing venue arrangements and lunch options. This post is vital for attendees to confirm their participation and finalize logistics for the community gathering.
Sorry for the delay in providing further details but work had raised its ugly head and one has to earn the pennies 
I have now got confirmation for all three venues for the day. They are all within a five minute walk of each other. I will be providing the details to each of you by private mail, but for now I just wanted to say that the rough timings are:
Central London (West End) locations
First venue: Arrive 10-10:30am
Lunch: 1-2:30pm
Second venue: Arrive 2:30-3pm
For lunch I have organised a private dining room that seats 30-34 people. They will do a fixed three course meal for £30 and drinks would be extra. I have asked for the room to be reserved but I do need to confirm by Monday at the latest that I wish to use it, so could you please respond to this message with whether the lunch arrangements are acceptable (there are cheaper places to eat but this is private and we will all be together in one room). Please reply with either 'Yes' or 'No'. The restaurant will of course expect a minimum number so if we do not get at least 20 then I think we may lose the room anyway.
