As there are so many different dial categories. Just like for cameras and being a bit tongue in cheek I will say the best salmon dial is the one I have in my small collection, the FM Casablanca. Supposedly the dial does not have any UV coating and will patina over time.

I actually do not like salmon dials but this dial won me over and I think that is the ultimate test - if a salmon dial watch can convert someone who does not like salmon dial watches to owning one, it must be something special.

and I think my favorite are those made by Chopard (who, I I'm not mistaken, owns Metalem, the dial manufacturer) and Daniel Roth. Best, Emmanuel credit: Monochrome (except for photo 3, which is personal)
