Wasn’t it Lexus who several years ago launched a new sports car in limited numbers and had their buyers sign a clause that they wouldn’t flip the vehicle for a certain length of time? They knew the car would immediately have a higher value than the sales price and they wanted the vehicles to go to true Lexus aficionados and not someone looking to make a quick buck.
