Some pictures I quickly took of this Timewalker which is limited to 100 pieces. It gathers the following functions: - Quick setting of the hour hand and date, forward and backward, independently of the minute hand. Interesting when you travel in a different time zone. - Tourbillon with stop second.

Some pictures I quickly took of this Timewalker which is limited to 100 pieces.

It gathers the following functions:

- Quick setting of the hour hand and date, forward and backward, independently of the minute hand. Interesting when you travel in a different time zone.

- Tourbillon with stop second.

- Chronograph.

The movement is the Calibre MB R 230, which is not unknown from the Rieussec owners. It is 33, 7 mm big, beats at 21 600 vibrations per hour, and has a 50 hours power reserve.

The case is very technical, made of titanium, with a black DLC coated carbon fibre bezel. 44 mm big, 16, 27 mm high.

As for the dial, you will find the chronograph functions at 4 o clock ( 30 minutes register ), and at 8 o' clock ( Seconds register ) while the sub dial dedicated to Time is more prominent. Quite well balanced, even if I am not a big fan of the design of the dial dedicated to the Time, to be honest.

It is certainly due to the fact that I am not a fan of the whole Timewalker line.

A matter of taste.

One cool feature, the red " ring " all around the base of the sapphire glass. Is it a seal? I didn't understand how it was made. I tried to do some searches, but I didn't find any explanation.

Anyway, here are some live pictures I could take.

Best,

Nicolas

This is a nice model

In the mean, time, I don't know if you would agree, I think I'm beginning to see too much common elements between some Montblanc watches (not all) and JLC. A bit like in the car industry when some elements are shared between brands of a same group (VW etc...) This tourbillon model layout with its bridge and the "stepped" dial (though inversed here) looks like the JLC Master Grands Tradition Tourbillon (same for the 4810 exo Tourbillon slim). The case here is reminding the Extreme lab series desi

The case is obviously very close to the JLC Extreme Lab One, indeed.

For the rest, there are several watches which are aesthetically close. And if you look at the tourbillon bridge, you can also think about GP... Thanks for your feedback, Mark. Nicolas
