i had ordered this watch from a boutique originally and after seeing a few members receiving theirs, and after Mach post earlier today I decided to call the boutique to inquire again. Now here is the funny part of the story. The boutique never answered the phone, left a message and as of now they did not call back, but about the same a friend of mine tells me a local AD just received one today and as he is a good friend he told me he had told the AD to keep it for me if I want it! I never expected to get that quick through a local AD! The rest is history as they say! I rushed back in the car and made it in time to the AD before they close! I will post more pictures later but all I can say this watch is spectacular in the flesh! Feels good to be lucky sometimes! Cheers!

I also almost got another limited edition I was surprised to see but since I was rushing for time I decided to wait for another visit…I guess maybe also a topic for another post!

The strap on that seamaster was stiffer and as a result even if it was 38mm versus the CK 859 39mm I just bought I felt very small on the wrist …

Thanks John! The lugs feels perfect. The strap is 20mm and the first thought I had when I put it on is that it feels very similar to my 39mm Lange up/down!
