Funny, original, strong... Not the daily beater, but a quite cool, funky and great looking one.

Best,

About the Omega Ref. 145.013

The Omega Flightmaster reference 145.013 is a distinctive chronograph model from the brand's catalog, notable for its robust case design and multi-scale dial. This particular reference is recognized for its unique aesthetic, which sets it apart from other chronographs of its era. It represents a specific period in Omega's production, characterized by a focus on functional and purpose-built timepieces. The model's design elements contribute to its identity within the broader range of Omega chronographs.

This reference houses the Omega Caliber 910, a manual-winding movement. The case is constructed from stainless steel, featuring a substantial diameter that accommodates its complex dial layout. The crystal protecting the dial is mineral glass, a common material for watches of this period. The movement provides a power reserve suitable for daily wear and operation of its chronograph functions.

For collectors, the Flightmaster 145.013 is appreciated for its technical specifications and its place in the evolution of Omega's chronograph offerings. Its specific dial configuration and case architecture appeal to those interested in tool watches from the late 1960s and early 1970s. The model's design ensures its continued relevance among enthusiasts who value mechanical integrity and a distinct visual presence.

A friend has a few of them and they certainly offer a very different proposal from most chronographs. Great presence on the wrist and a beautifully finished case. Here's a close up of the dial belonging to the aforementioned friend. Regards, Baruch

but the case is a bit too much for me - in shape and, quite literally, also in size for my small wrist.

. . . my lingo. Flightmaster 910 and Seamaster 1000 are the ultimate Omegas, in my humble opinion. More so than even the Speedmaster. There. I said it. 😰

… with my “Friendship Flightmaster”. Agree with your relationship with the PloProf. Two Omega watches with such a strong personality! Have you tried one on your wrist? It’s a dangerous experience that could transform a warm up into true love! 😉 Abrazos fuertes amigo mio! Abel
