Team,

Here is a Memomatic, the first (?) and unique (?) alarm watch made by Omega.

The main difference between the Memomatic and the others alarm watch is the fact that it uses the same power barrel to the watch and the alarm.

Here is one:

The red "stuff" is a 70's Panasonic radio.

A great Sunday to all,

Nilo

Great watch and exquisite radio. The red Panasonic represents a lot to me and my wife. It was our first radio that we got during the first month of our marriage, 42 years ago! Cheers, Nilo

. . . is the standby rectangular mid-'40s model . . . . . . that's always here. Wind 'er up, set the time, and good to go; comfortable, unobtrusive, and matches most of the wardrobe. The remainder of the collection is resting in the safe deposit box, like HSTE's Memomatic. Time to dig out one of them for a little wrist duty; perhaps the SM Calendar, as my cousin just scored an identical ref 2849 . . . [my cousin's newly acquired '56/'57 ref 2849] . . . albeit with a white (or possibly gold-tone)

Hi Love the contrast of orange with the grey dial. There's plenty to like with a Memomatic, all very '70s. Cheers JML
