If you have access to both then the vintage original watches are the ultimate sophisticated luxury where a gentleman can graciously indulge in.

. . . are spectacularly well adjusted after being serviced and regulated by my watchmaker, it may be too much to expect them to hold up their timing over the course of a few years. The 60th's co-axial escapement movement, though, is in another league altogether, offering outstanding technical performance that can be reasonably expected to last for many years before servicing.
