And only 11 mm thin! I owned one back in the day. What do you guys think of this 39 mm 2500 movement Seamaster?

If I got the 39mm version, it probably would still be with me! My friend has this version. Still with him to this day even if he has focused primarily on independents.

I agonized quite a bit about 36 or 39. I came across a mint condition 36 and decided to give it a go since the 39 is generally easier to find. The watch is supremely comfortable and a real joy to wear, in a way it almost wears more like jewelry than a watch, especially in the smaller sizes. My only minor gripe is the single push clasp which can sometimes open itself depending on the angle of your wrist, a double push mechanism would be more reliable.
