my first premium watch was a Polaris! Around 1991 I believe it was.... I really longed for the black dial with stealthy digital display but could not afford it... but found a white dial standard version on a bargain sale at a local AD and went for it.... wore it for years and still lies in a box somewhere... 3 years later I had saved up and bought a Breitling Aerospace.... so got a larger piece with stealth digital display....
...but I remember a version with a case that wasn't quite so square...
But the resale of this is whopping. With boxes and papers, it is about $2500 and all the sellers are overseas. It has a retro space age vibe hasnโt it.
