Amanico's post offers a rare side-by-side look at two distinctive Omega Speedmaster models: the 'Ultraman' and the yellow gold 'Moonshine' edition. His initial impressions highlight the surprising wearability of the weighty gold model, setting the stage for community discussion on these highly sought-after Speedmasters. This comparison provides valuable insights for collectors considering either of these unique references.

I finally could see two of them, the Ultraman, and the latest YG.

Thanks to their owner, our dear Holdenchamp.

The weight of the yellow gold is impressive, but once on the wrist, it is ok. Even better, comfortable.

Best,

Nicolas

It seems to be a much different YG than a Rolex for example, less yellow by far. Or perhaps it’s just the bezel colour which changes everything and makes it seems less yellow overall.

... a great way! The Moonshine Speedy is truly an impressive watch. May I join the celebration? Cheers! Abel
