holdemchamp1225 kicks off a lively "What are you wearing?" thread, showcasing his Omega Speedmaster Apollo 8 DSOTM while anticipating the Snoopy III. This post sparks a broader community discussion on Omega Speedmaster models, particularly the nuances of ceramic cases and the 'Professional' designation. Still waiting for the Snoopy 3 so wearing the Apollo 8 DSOTM 😁

It always confuses me the exact criteria for “PROFESSIONAL”...It also strikes me as odd that my Speedmaster OTM’s are not labeled pro when my PO CHRONO with the very same 9300 IS..perplexing.🤔

The ceramic Speedies probably would not pass these same tests as ceramic could and would shatter on impact with other hard materials hence why most "professional" classed watches from any manufacturer are made of SS, Ti, or any other metal and composites. I could be wrong but I think this is the reason 🤷‍♂️

Hi all, Whilst it may be my only Speedmaster it is the watch that is worn the most by me and the one that still grabs my attention every time I put it on my wrist. Marc
