VinnieD's quest for the perfect Panerai led to the discovery of the PAM00232, a reference celebrated for its distinctive dark brown dial. While VinnieD ultimately decided against the purchase due to size, his experience sparks a valuable community discussion on the wearability of larger Panerai models and the subjective nature of wrist presence. This article explores the nuances of the PAM00232 and offers insights into alternative references for collectors with varying wrist sizes.

Exactly the way it's supposed to look, bold and simple, I personally think it looks great on your wrist, rads always wear smaller than their size.
how the 232 looks on my wrist. I only care about how great to look at it is. Here some "brown"...
I like it, it doesn't hurt anybody in the process....I do it.
Are really cool indeed. Itβs a really big on your wrist but if this give you a big smile on your face when you wear it, itβs the main goal , happiness π€π»π€π»π€π»
How big is your wrist if i may ask? The 232 looks good on your wrist to be honest. Also, despite it being 47mm the wire lugs are quite short so it doesnβt jut out too much on the wrist, unlike a 47mm Luminor. I really really love the 232. But like you, I found it too big for my 16cm wrist. I also preferred a domed crystal, as it provides a better visual. Hence the 294, but the premium on the watch is too much for me. I think size is a matter of perspective in the end...as I said it looks good on
A colleague has a 42mm 337, looks lovely on smaller wrists, I would try the 210 or 183 too if you want a wired lug radiomir. Keep us posted, thats half the fun!
