Tondagraph Collection Feel the mind-boggling concept of time Presented as a forerunner of the Parmigiani Fleurier 2009 collections, the Tondagraph celebrates two major new features: its grand complication, still unparalleled since the creation of the Fleurier brand, and its new case, with more markedly classic curves. Let's take its mechanism first. Combining the hypnotic beauty of the Tourbillon with the technical function of the Chronograph, the Tondagraph model (Calibre PF 354) joins the high

Parmigiani currently has 250 points of sale globally. There are no plans to decrease the avg sale price of $50k in 2009, and 20% of its global volume is women's watches. Parmigiani wants to increase this percentage to 30%. Parmigiani is also opening up L A'telier Parmigiani which is a place for information. And for your pics, too. I find the one of the Tondagraph just sublime, as the watch is, in fact. Of course, this is the most important, interesting and beautiful novelty for Parmigiani, this year. The case doesn't look that big, ( 43 mm ), due to the fact that it is quite thin. So the proportions, the volumes are good, IMO. I'm not sure why the pictures came out so small so here are the large ones. I like the Tondagraph as well but the only thing I don't like about it is my eye is drawn to the right side of the case rather than the center. I feel the left side at 9 o'clock needs to have more contrast so the dial looks more balanced IMO. Just a simple subseconds circle would make the dial more balanced to my eyes IMO. Cheers, Anthony

But this is part of the Parmigiani D.D.N.A ( Design DNA...LOL ) when it comes to Chronographs. An example: The Kalpagraph: But, as you, on this dressier model, I would have preffered a more balanced solution. Best. Nicolas

Anthony, I appreciate the photos but it seems to me that Parmigiani, more than many other watches, are best appreciated in the flesh (on the arm) than in photos. The dials and the actual heft are amazing. Do the new models still give that impression? Mike
