I think credit is the most important and basic for any business.

Those few days I travel to Den Haag.
I originally just help my friend to see Grönefeld and that shop also have to sell Patek Philippe.

I know Nautilus will never sell the people like me.
I'm not wearing luxury, young and first time to this shop.
So I'm not asking about Nautilus.
Even there have in stock, the staff must tell me no.

The amazing things happened, the women staff show me 5726A by herself and promise me I can buy the all-new 5726A with original price.
It’s my first time have a chance to buy the Nautilus.
The women staff is very friendly and kind. At the same time, another men staff show me used the 5726A.

I leave the shop at 5 pm (close time)and the next day goes to the shop at 10 am(open time).
The women staff is not here, only yesterday the men staff. When I prepare checkout to buy the new 5726A. All the conditions become different.

First time: He can’t sell the all-new one for me and no reason. I just can use 50000 euro to buy the second.
Second time:After I refund the tax will too cheap. so he can’t sell.
After that, he goes back to the office. Wait few min…he said: it sold…

WTF?!Do you treat me as an idiot?I think no people will not angry for this thing.
It’s you recommend the watch.
The price was you said.
Tax free is follow the law.
But at last, all is joking?
Unpacking policy is simply a joke.
Have all new one in stock, but I only can buy the used and use more hight price.
The most important things, I am at the AD shop

I think I only two way can buy this brand.
Make more money, become super rich VVVVVVVVVVVVIP.
But I think I have better choose at that time.
Or
Buy the resale price.second hand 50000 euro??
i will add more to buy Grönefeld 1941
the movement is more beautiful than pp

so...in conclusion
I'm too poor....No eligible to buy this brand and need to let the watch shop make joking.

About the Patek Philippe Ref. 5726

The Patek Philippe Reference 5726 represents a significant milestone in the manufacture s annual calendar collection, combining the practical sophistication of an annual calendar with a sleek nautical aesthetic. Introduced as part of Patek Philippe s modern sports-elegant lineup, this reference demonstrates the brand s mastery in creating complicated timepieces that maintain everyday wearability. The 5726 builds upon Patek Philippe s rich heritage of calendar complications, offering collectors a contemporary interpretation of haute horlogerie that bridges the gap between dressy complications and contemporary sports watches.

At the heart of the Reference 5726 beats the exceptional Caliber 324 S QA LU 24H/303, an automatic movement that showcases Patek Philippe s technical prowess in calendar mechanisms. This sophisticated caliber features an annual calendar complication that automatically adjusts for months with 30 and 31 days, requiring manual correction only once per year at the end of February. The movement incorporates a 24-hour indication alongside the traditional calendar functions, displaying day, date, month, and moon phases through elegantly arranged subsidiary dials. The self-winding mechanism ensures consistent power delivery while maintaining the thin profile necessary for the watch s refined proportions.

The 40.5mm stainless steel case presents a contemporary interpretation of classic Patek Philippe design language, featuring clean lines and perfectly executed finishing that exemplifies the manufacture s attention to detail. The striking blue sunburst dial creates remarkable depth and luminosity, with its rich color serving as the foundation for the symmetrically arranged calendar displays. Protected by a sapphire crystal and featuring a fixed smooth bezel, the 5726 balances functionality with aesthetic refinement. For collectors, this reference represents an accessible entry point into Patek Philippe s complicated watch segment while offering the prestige and technical excellence associated with one of horology s most revered manufacturers. The combination of stainless steel construction, practical complications, and distinctive design elements positions the 5726 as a highly desirable piece for both seasoned collectors and those building their first serious watch collection.

...about this bad treatment!!!! the only consolation i can offer is that this is the leather-strap model, not the SS-bracelet version.

It is important for the brand to be represented in the best light but sometimes the AD has only one focus and it can be a negative impact for the brand. If this was at a Patek exclusive shop i doubt this would happen. It is true there can be some snobbishness but it think they should and would be professional. Bill

First of all i know this AD well and have never been disappointed by them . They always treat me honestly . I have to admit i never bought a Patek with them so cant say much about that . If they've treated you like that its a shame imo. About your wish to buy a 1941 Gronefeld i think you better can contact the Gronefeld brothers themself and ask to visit them and if you want to purchase the watch , make the deal with them . I am sure you would love the experience and it would give something extr

Sad to hear about your bad experience. I regularly visit this AD and I must say they have a very knowledgeable staff, always honest and fair towards their customers. I’m sure there’s a waiting list on every single nautilus model, it must have been a communication mistake by the staff member. Nothing the less, too bad you had a bad experience and I hope you’ll find a nautilus soon.

Originally If this time successfully completes the transaction, it let me want to make more deal in the future. Even I need to take a flight to here. I also feel the women staff is very kind and not look me short. I think her service attitude is top 5 in my experience. But unfortunately happen this thing. i know, my facebook have add Gronefeld brothers.
