Or are they worlds apart? On the surface this may look more dressy (because of thinness and all that) but that's just a loose category these days. Do you wear one more than the other? Love this Piaget btw. That and the 900P. One of those brands that you hope can bring out a smash hit at some point a la Bulgari Octo.
When I acquired the Traditionnelle’s and the Altiplano, I was assuming they were direct competitors. I first acquired the Altiplano, as my creative thirst and my love for Piaget as a brand was too strong. Then I acquired the boutique rose gold Traditionnelle, as its cream matt dial made it impossible to resist as a traditional, romantic watch. There are reviews and there are ownership insights! Surprised at the winding feel of the Piaget. I'd assume that since it's a more delicate piece (is that a right assumption) that the winding feel would be more satisfying with the VCs.. Kinda like me favoring the winding feel of a Panerai 372 over my Reverso. Although the experience on both is probably a far cry from either a Piaget or a VC. Thanks for the enlightenment, Alex
It feels super robust actually. It is a very surprising watch in every sense. An very unique overall as well, due to design, integrity of concept and pedigree of Piaget in both handwound movements and thin watches. All the very best my friend, Alex
