.....or is that PIAGET: Staying Central? At the World's Meridian Prime. I agree it is significant that amidst the multiple boutique openings by luxury brands in China, Hong Kong and Singapore recently, PIAGET is opening in London . Thanks Andrew for the sneak preview taken before the official launch on 22 Octobr 2010. Even PIAGET has been looking East with boutique openings almost every month in Asia. Their CEO must be exhausted globe-trotting to these opening ceremonies: Mexico one week, London
Thanks, Andrew, for giving us an insider's view of the beautiful new Piaget boutique in London. I think it only fitting that Piaget should establish themselves in London -- a city where the traditional ways live side-by-side with cutting edge architecture, cuisine, and global industry. Piaget values traditional techniques, but embraces modern sensibilities also. I love the layout of the boutique and especially enjoy the design of the saferoom door and all the wall art. The effect is like visitin
A very elegant boutique. Those Altiplanos and the Limelight City look great. The Boutique edition looks great on your wrist. Love it, elegant as elegant can be. Thanks. Vte
Having had experience with the original Fortyfive chronograph, I can say it's a beautifully finished watch, but every version that has come after the original is more attractive visually (except perhaps the blue). - SJX
their in-house watchmaking and design will start to pay dividends to watch enthusiasts and collectors. I was very impressed by all the Boutique exclusive watches and if I had not already paid out on another watch, I might have been tempted to walk out with the Manhattan Classic Polo 45. a beautiful watch in every sense, and a truly limited number. My congratulations to Piaget, and my thanks for opening up a Boutique so close to my work! Andrew H
such achingly beautiful pieces!
