.... This is a special Daytona...

do not search for errors on the dial, or special bezel or anything could pass through your mind.

It’s a Ceramic Daytona like the others, but for me it’s a special one.

My father some years ago ordered 2 Daytonas: a white dial for me and a black one for him...

I was lucky and the white one was delivered earlier, then in 2017 my father passed away, the black one landed some weeks ago.

I decided to buy it nevertheless.

Yesterday was the first day I wore it, it was like having my father still with me

I changed the bracelet not to ruin it, with a RubberB

I miss my father, despite it have been almost 2 years he is not with me, I cannot hear his voice on the phone or hug him, so, so much that trust me, in case I’ll decide to sell one it will be the white...

RIP papà!

I think and pray you every day since you left me... I love you so much and I know that from wherever you’re now, you still take care of me and my beloved family...

Ciao
Luca

PS: sorry for the blurry pic, but in this case I hope you can understand the reason, in any case I apologize...

To have on your wrist such an important token and connection to your father. Glad to hear it will stay firmly in your collection and on your wrist forever. There is nothing that can replace the memories of family, and nice knowing you will be reminded of him with it on your wrist. I purchased a white dial daytona earlier this year, and waited until the day my son was born in April to wear it for the first time. I'll be keeping it safe for him to inherit one day in the future, hope it brings him

.... imho you should wear it with care, but some scratches and dings make a watch a living object. Your son will see you wearing it and I believe it will be even more happy to receive the watch of his beloved father as a gift, the watch he saw on your wrist while growing up... This is my humble opinion I wish you all the best and thanks for your kind message, Luca

I hope you can feel an enjoyment with it greater than the memory of the loss. V
