Chronometer (aka yacomino) shares a striking wristshot of a Rolex Explorer II 'Polar' dial, perfectly suited for cold weather aesthetics. This post sparked a discussion among collectors about the watch's wrist presence, alternative dial colors, and its long-term wearability, offering valuable insights for potential owners.

By the way, what is your wrist size? I have a 6.5 inches and when I tried it to my AD I found it a little too big for me 😕
I asked for one of these I December...got a text yesterday... would you be interested in the black dial .... 😕 no, I have black dial rolex, I'll hold out for the white!
This strap is a pleasant surprise for me once I tried it! I had it for another watch originally
As you can see below, I think it still looked good... but it didn't really feel good. Ended up being pretty short-lived in my collection.
Then again I also like 47mm Panerai 😉
Whenever I see my own pictures of it I have to remind myself that it was uncomfortable on the wrist. But then again, as my mother likes to say, "beauty is pain."
