In the luxury watch world, exceptional customer service can elevate a product from merely functional to truly indispensable. patrick_y shares a compelling experience with Swiss Kubik USA, highlighting a level of responsiveness that is increasingly rare. His account provides a valuable benchmark for what collectors should expect from premium accessory brands.

have an orange startbox and a linley two watch tower. only thing i dont get about watch winders is why the holder isnt a softer material. wonder why they took over scatola, was told from two dealers not to bother since they had issues
I don't know why they took over Scatola. I didn't know there were issues. My 15+ year old Scatola winder still work well. My recent Scatola (that uses Swiss Kubik motors) is too new to have a verdict! The Swiss Kubik and current Scatola uses a semi-hard rubber, which actually scratches less than the softer leather. I know this seems counterintuitive, but read me out. The softer leather can trap more large dirt in itself, the hard dirt can scratch the watch. The semi hard rubber doesn't allow big
also good to hear they use the swiss kubik motors, the issues was just hearsay so who knows.
Reliability is definitely important!
SwissKubik celebrated a few days ago its 15th Anniversary! It is essential to note that the brand services each and every winder sold in 48-hrs or less!!
And in a sense, I do appreciate their sincerity: all brands listen to their VIP customers (and often only to them), but most would say "We always listen to our customers" rather than "to our VIP customers"! On a communications level, chances are they obviously just wanted to call you a VIP in the email and that was the best spot they found...but still, it might also come across as a sincere statement! ;-)) Cheers.
