The streamliner to me feels like a natural conclusion to the 105 series. The reworked satellite gives even more depth to an already fascinating display. The bold lines on the steel hood are a stroke of genius as they play with light so well.

I was drawn to my first Urwerk, the 103.8, by its sleekness. The streamliner has a very different character. This celebratory piece isn't shy to be seen. It's the beefed up, more flamboyant younger brother (and an automatic movement).

I'm very glad to have added this to my collection.

Ken

Wild art deco look. Does the top pop up with the slider? [nt]

Very cool piece, even for Urwerk standards!

You have captured the beginning and the end of a fascinating evolutionary process. You might need a retro space suit to go with it
