In a critical announcement, moderator FabR alerted the WatchProSite community to a compromised member account, 'RGS.' This incident highlights the persistent threat of online fraud within luxury watch communities and underscores the importance of vigilance. FabR's swift action and detailed warnings provided essential guidance to members, preventing potential financial and personal data breaches.

I have been contacted indeed and have not reacted
If you replied to the individual posing as 'RGS' via PM your email is protected. In any event, please do not engage any further, and of course do not write via email to the address provided in that PM: "Mattnshilp AT gmail DOT com." Cheers.
Thanks for the update MOD.
We should all be vigilant on this.
Other members have reported replying via email, which assuming no (further) personal information was disclosed, potentially exposes them to spam/phishing attempts. Note that phishing attacks might come from “mattnshilp AT gmail DOT com” and ALSO from other email addresses. We are currently looking into this. Again, thanks for not engaging any further with this gang👍Cheers.
I'm glad I saw this before I responded.
