Acetaldehyde is "unhealthy" and present in all alcoholic products. (To put it very modestly and not to spoil the fun drinking alcohol, I say"unhealthy". Medically trained here will know what I mean.,) I finally found a scientific paper that teils the acetaldehyde concentration of quite a few whisky brands. To say a general rule: bourbon is the least unhealthy, peated scotch the most Young whisky the least, old whisky the most.. So, enjoy both responsibly, but maybe some in a different frequency? Cheers!

Knobb Creek 9 is very "healthy", Wild Turkey Rare Bread and 101, Woodford Reserve too. Young bourbons are good.

A Pappy v. W. 20 year is also to be enjoyed in moderation ... but that is already due to its price tag!
