Danke. I actually find the use of accessories (tools, coffee, etc.) a little clichéd but thought "why not?" just to see the result for myself.

I agree that the accessories can get out of hand sometimes

But when done well I think it makes for a more enjoyable and balanced image.

To me a good picture and a gorgeous watch

Picture really is good but I’m one of those the prefer more pics of the watch itself Those compositions are nice but to me I prefer to see more different shots a the watch alone , macro and different angles The “other stuff” distract a bit my attention

I actually agree with you.

At the same time I can understand compositional work (I think), especiall when lines help to compartmentalise a photo and help to define the profile of a watch. Parallel lines, for instance, convey order, which is a quality that appeals to some folks.
