For some months now there have been strap dares around on PuristSPro. I suppose the ball got rolling with Arie fitting a camo strap onto his Lange 1815. We have long been waiting for his pink NATO, which finally arrived in Zagreb

And Padj has in his turn been daring me to go for a chicken leg leather one - codenamed Pterodactyl, since the two animals are remotely related

And finally the strap arrived. So Bergeon tool at the ready, I got right to it. So here are the results.

It looks somewhat different from the usual reptiles but it's nicely supple and I have to say I quite enjoy the look

So to all of you who have always wanted to take your wrist on a wild leather ride, I can only recommend it. It comes in stealthier colours like black and grey, too, btw.
