Panerai just released a pre-SIHH 2015 model - the PAM580 which is a Luminor 1950 3 Days Chrono Flyback in a 44mm black ceramic case. It houses the P.9100 movement.

Panerai Luminor chronographs, in general, have usually received tepid responses I think it's due to the design or something because many people aren't fans of their chronos for some reason. - AT
