Back from Geneva and wearing this today. I had to shoot a video so
dressed up a bit and thought the Jaquet Droz Paillonee would do the trick. This is a very interesting watch. The dial is a blue enamel (or lacquer?) over a guilloche dial as the base. You can see it in one of the photos by looking at the left side of the watch in the light. The gold leaf “Paillons”

comment For buyers FYI/Clarification since I used to be the J*D forum moderator...This model doesnot have an enamel dial as the name would suggest.
it has a Black opaline dial from the minerale series.
