Jaquet Droz Sport Watch. Fantastic piece!

Those who know me are probably surprised to see that I’m selling my stainless steel Jaquet Droz Sports. This is one of those pieces that very few people have seen and that is such a shame. Watch has worn carefully, has the slightest bit of swirlies and conservatively rated at 95%. The only sign of wear is on the black rubber strap where the deployant attaches to the strap. Otherwise, it's basically a brand new watch IMO. JD changed the name of the from SUW to SAW early in it's history.

The beauty of this watch is the amazing finishing of the case, dial and movement. The movement cal 2663A.4 is a Piquet 30j special with it’s industrial grey finish looks great under the skeletonized ball bearing rotor. The deployant is an amazing piece of work. Nothing skimpy about this piece. Water Resistant to 288ft. Watch was purchased from a J*D AD w/ stamped papers on Dec '09, so there is no warranty. Complete set w/ everything, including large wooden presentation box, polishing cloth and hardcover instruction book. List price is $15,000.
