The present watch is a one-off from the 5970 series (2004-2010), the standard 40mm platinum case (officially released on leather strap only) houses the last non-manufacture perpetual calendar movement, it is based on a Lemania ébauche although heavily modified and finished by Patek Philippe. It is considered to be one of the best designed cases by the Genevian watchmaker.
What sets this watch apart is the factory custom made full platinum brick link bracelet that has never been offered before on any standard 5970, a special request (Demande Spéciale) made for a VIP customer – Real connoisseurs will understand the rarity of such a unique 1/1 piece…
