The present watch is an ultra-rare 5970 series (2004-2010) apparently made in a handful of examples only as a re-edition for the 2015 Patek Philippe Watch Art Grand Exhibition at the Saatchi gallery in London.
The standard 40mm yellow gold case (initially made only for one year in 2008) houses the last non-manufacture perpetual calendar movement visible through the sapphire case-back, it is based on a Lemania ébauche although heavily modified and finished by Patek Philippe.

Its real charm comes from word “Brun” mentioned on the certificate’s dial section; which means "Brown", this sunburst dial color combo is extremely rare and made in less than 10 pieces.
